Whether you seek a large or small gathering space for a formal or casual event, we can deliver a memorable experience that matches or exceeds your expectations. Oakwood Country Club has a rich history of staging events for the greater Lynchburg region with distinction.

We offer a variety of food and service options tailored to meet your needs. Note that although these options have proven to be successful, we will always entertain specific requests.

On-site visits are always recommended by the host(s) to ensure that the physical layout will meet your requirements. An appointment may be made with either our Events Coordinator or our Club Manager to better facilitate such a visit. Our Executive Chef may also be made available courtesy an appointment. We can make arrangements for a tasting menu to be sampled by you upon request. Our club sincerely believes that our central location on “The Avenue” cannot be matched for its convenience and grand style while providing quality food and service at a recognized value.

All requirements and restrictions are listed and will be reviewed in person. Please review our Guidelines and Fees. We certainly acknowledge that we benefit from delivering to you the product that we promote. The more questions/arrangements that may be answered and/or finalized in advance will greatly assist our staff in making your event a success. A formal contract will be drawn up and signed by both parties to give you assurance of the final plans and to assist you in budgeting.
