Membership Information

Categories and Related Fees Effective Feb 5, 2009

• Family membership covers spouse and any unmarried children under the age of 23 unless otherwise noted.
• Individual membership covers any unmarried/widowed man or woman and any unmarried children under the age of 23 unless otherwise noted.
• $40/month food & beverage minimum (pre-tax, pre-gratuity) applies to category levels #1 - 4.

#1: Tennis (outdoor only), Swimming, Fitness, Dining & Social Activities

• Oakwood Indoor Tennis may be added and billed separately (see details at bottom of this page).

#2: Swimming, Fitness, Dining & Social Activities 

• Access to tennis is subject to the guest policies and payment of the guest fees as set forth.

#3: Dining & Social Activities

• Same fees apply per family or per individual membership.
• This category is not granted access to the other club facilities.
• This category is for new members; transfer to this category is permitted only for members age 70+ and requires the forfeiture of any/all stocks and bonds to the club.

• Same fees apply per family or per single individual.
• During the outdoor pool season this membership has access to dining & social activities at the club.
• This category is for new members only; transfers to this category are not permitted. 

#5: Non-Resident Membership- entitled to the same benefits as #1

• Primary residence and business address must be a minimum 40 miles from the Lynchburg City Limits.
